SEND Teacher – Bromsgrove

We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teacher to join our agency. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, possess strong communication skills, and be passionate about education. If you have a background in childcare, special education, or early childhood education, we encourage you to apply. Experience within SEND is a must. You must also have QTS.

What we are looking for:

• Relevant teaching qualification – you can hold QTS, PGCE or ETC.
• A clear passion for teaching and helping children learn.
• Educate and inspire students in various subjects including SEN
• Implement specialised teaching techniques for children with special educational needs
• Utilise applied behaviour analysis to support student learning
• Provide tutoring and support to students in need
• Create engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of the children
• Excellent punctuality and organisational skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service ideal (if not you will need to have a new check completed).
• 2x references to cover the prior 2 years.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
