Flourish Education are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work in a KS1 class in Bromsgrove.

This is a long-term role for a School in a KS1 class-based Teaching Assistant full time which will start in September. This role would be to support the class teacher. The school is looking for someone who is willing to commit to a full-time position.

What is required of you:

• You will be supporting KS1 children’s classes.
• You will be taking out lower ability, higher ability and SEN children for phonics, numeracy and literacy interventions,
• supporting the class teacher in class and also doing cover supervision.
• This is a full-time job starting Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:45pm.
• DBS on update service
• be able to give 2x References

What you’ll need to succeed:

• You must have 2 years experience in a classroom setting.
• You will be required to have experience supporting children who have lower and higher ability and SEN
• Must be confident in covering teaching
• Must have strong knowledge of phonics
• You will be required to have experience working with KS1 children
