English Specialist in Telford 

First for Education are seeking a English teacher located in Telford. This is for a position from September 2024 until Christmas half-term initially, although it could extend further. The school are in need of a English Specialist to support mainly in KS3 working with children in Years 10 &  11. Are you passionate about English? Are you wanting to make a change?

What we are looking for:

• Relevant teaching qualification – we can accept either ECT or someone with QTS for this role.
• Good Behaviour management
• A love for English and helping children to learn and develop their skills.
• A clear passion for teaching.
• Excellent punctuality and organisational skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service ideal (if not you will need to have a new check completed).
• 2x references to cover the prior 2 years.
• Someone who is eligible to work in the UK.
