SEN Teaching Assistant in Worcester

First for Education is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team. The role is Part time supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a primary school setting.

About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping students feel safe, valued, and supported. You’ll assist the teacher in delivering engaging lessons, provide 1:1 support to individual students, and help implement targeted interventions. Our students have Education, Health, your role will be crucial in fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment.

We’re seeking someone with patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young people who face social, emotional, and mental health challenges. A good sense of humour, high energy, and the ability to build strong, supportive relationships will be key to your success in this role.
