To encourage school staff to understand why talking about mental health with children and young people is important and to recognise barriers to communication.

To highlight some possible warning signs to be aware of in order to intervene early.

To provide adults with the confidence and skills to be able to have a conversation about mental wellbeing and health with children and young.
