1-1 SEN TA – Kidderminster 

First For Education are pleased to be offering a new learning support role in an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ primary school. This role will require you to work on a 1-1 basis with a year 1 pupil. The school are seeking a strong individual who will be able to work with the child inside and outside of the classroom and as directed by the classroom teacher and SENCO.

You may be looking for more flexibility in your work life whilst still making an impact on the education of children. The right candidates will need to demonstrate a clear passion for teaching. You will need to have good punctuality and good personal organisational skills.

• A teaching assistant qualification is a must, with SEND knowledge
• Must have a desire to make a positive contribution in class
• Must have a desire to make a difference to the progress- academic, social and/or personal- of pupils with SEN
• Need a successful track record of working with pupils
• Build relationships with the pupils, parents and staff.
• Passion for Primary Education.
• Enhanced DBS required.
• 2x references

All our staff, including classroom supply teachers who register with us, must hold a valid, enhanced disclosure. We can cross-check a current one through the DBS update service or you must apply for a new one. We can help with that.

All new staff are interviewed by an FFE consultant.
