Caretaker Role – Kidderminster

First For Education are currently recruiting for a Janitor Role, 5 days a week.  A School Caretaker is responsible for the upkeeping and maintenance of the school. This position is to start September 2024 Long term. If you’re the right candidate it could become a permanent job.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• carry out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs
•  book outside contractors for major repair work
• make sure heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly
• check doors and windows are locked when the building is not in use.
• Making sure the school environment is clean, and safe.
• Groundskeeping

The ideal candidate will need to have:

• DBS Checked, and on the update service
• x2 References
