The right candidates will need to demonstrate a clear passion for teaching. You will need to have good punctuality and good personal organisational skills.

• Experience working in a school is desirable, however, full training will be provided.
•  Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
•  Knowledge of special education practices and strategies
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed
• A fun and rewarding work environment.
• Flexible working hours and work within a variety of school settings.
• Opportunities to support other areas within a school e.g. sport/music.
• Passion for secondary education.
• Enhanced DBS required.
• 2x references

All our staff, including classroom supply teachers who register with us, must hold a valid, enhanced disclosure. We can cross-check a current one through the DBS update service or you must apply for a new one. We can help with that.

All new staff are interviewed by an FFE consultant.
