Primary HLTA in Stourbridge

First For Education are seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant in Stourbridge. This position is with an immediate start. The role requires 1-2-1 learning with primary students, the ability to lead the class a couple times a week, and a willingness to assist in planning lessons under the guidance of the teacher.

What we are looking for in a potential candidate:

• They will hold the relevant HLTA qualification.
• They will work closely with the primary class teacher.
• They will have the ability to assist in preparing and delivering the curriculum.
• They are happy to build strong relationships with students and teachers.
• They hold an excellent knowledge of the primary sector.
• They will be confident when assisting in managing the classroom behaviour, and creating a positive learning environment that is inclusive for all students.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service ideal (if not you will need to have a new check completed).
• 2x references to cover the prior 2 years.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
