Humanities Teacher – Wolverhampton

First For Education are seeking a passionate and dedicated Humanities Teacher with a specialism in History, Geography, or Religious Education to join one of our partner schools located in Wolverhampton. This role is ideal for an educator looking to make an impact in their subject area, inspiring young minds, and contributing to a positive learning environment. With a temp-to-perm and long-term opportunity, This is a fantastic chance to secure a role for the remainder of the academic year and beyond.

Requirements:

  • Be able to inspire, enthuse and motivate students to ensure that they achieve their full potential
  • Be a passionate teacher who contributes effectively to whole school improvement
  • Passion for education and a commitment to student success
  • Relevant teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS or Equivalent)
  • Proven experience teaching Humanities at secondary level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • All planning is required
  • 2x references
  • All our staff, including classroom supply teachers who register with us, must hold a valid, enhanced disclosure. We can cross-check a current one through the DBS update service or you must apply for a new one. We can help with that.
