First For Education are looking for a passionate level 3 Teaching assistant with SEND experience, on a temporary or long-team basis. The successful applicant will be working with SEND pupils with various needs. The successful teaching assistant will be working with students across all age ranges, helping the teacher with everyday classroom duties and working on a 1:1 basis with pupils.

The successful teaching assistant will have:

• Relevant Teaching assistant qualification. (level 3)
• Experience in a secondary school
• Excellent behavioural management skills.
• Experience working within a SEND environment.
• Experience working in both a one-to-one setting and small groups
• Must have excellent behavioural management skills
