Maths Teacher – Kidderminster.

First for  Education is currently recruiting for a Maths Teacher at an Ofsted-rated “Good” secondary school located in Kidderminster. The school is known for its strong emphasis on academic excellence and a positive learning environment. This position is until Summer 2025. 

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver effective and engaging maths lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated and valued.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices and resources.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to support student development.

What We’re Looking For:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong knowledge of the mathematics curriculum and teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to professional development.
