Qualified HLTA – Newport

First For Education are seeking an experienced HLTA in Newport. This role involves 1:1 support and small group work, the successful candidate will ideally have SEND experience, be confident and hold a Level 3 Teaching assistant Cert or Higher.

What we are looking for: 

• They will hold the relevant HLTA qualification.
• They will support and help the class teacher.
• They will be confident and encouraging when working with students.
• They will be fantastic at building relationships.
• They will hold excellent knowledge of the primary sector.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service ideally (if not you will need to have a new check completed).
• 2x references to cover the prior 2 years.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
