SEN Teaching Assistant – Worcester

First For Education are looking for a passionate level 3 Teaching assistant with SEN experience, on a temporary basis. The successful applicant will be working with SEN pupils with various needs. The successful teaching assistant will be working with students across all age ranges, helping the teacher with everyday classroom duties and working on a 1:1 basis with pupils. This role is based in Worcester, on a temp basis, 3 days a week.

The successful teaching assistant will have:

• Relevant Teaching assistant qualification. (level 3)
• Experience in a secondary school
• Excellent behavioural management skills.
• Experience working within a SEN environment.
• Experience working in both a one-to-one setting and small groups
• Must have excellent behavioural management skills
