Teacher of Maths – Dudley

First For Education are currently hiring for a maths Teacher in a comprehensive school based in Dudley. This role is a long-term position, 4 days a week. This role requires someone who has excellent behaviour management skills, and who is passionate about Maths.

What they are looking for:

• A teaching qualification (PGCE or QTS)
• Excellent behaviour/classroom management skills.
• The ability to quickly build a strong rapport with students.
• When required, mark students’ work in line with the school’s marking policy at the end of every day.
• Passion for cultivating mathematical inquiry, problem-solving skills, and a love for the subject in students.
• A keen interest in supporting the development of students in Maths.
• 2x references
• All our staff, including classroom supply teachers who register with us, must hold a valid, enhanced disclosure. We can cross-check a current one through the DBS update service or you must apply for a new one. We can help with that.
