Teaching Assistant in Handsworth Wood

First For Education has an exciting opportunity for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our agency for the start of the 24/25 Academic year. This position is 2.5 days a week, located in Handsworth Wood. The school is ideally looking for a confident individual, who has many years of experience behind their belt.

You may be looking for more flexibility in your work life whilst still making an impact on the education of children. The right candidates will need to demonstrate a clear passion for teaching. You will need to have good punctuality and good personal organisational skills.

• Relevant teaching assistant qualification (CACHE or Equivalent)
• Has a good standard of education including English & Maths (GCSE/Level 4)
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Worked with EHCP Plans.
• Has excellent behaviour management skills
• Passion for Education.
• liaising with parents/carers and support professionals such as social workers
• Enhanced DBS required.
• 2x references
