Teaching Assistant – Worcester

First for Education is looking for a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Worcester. This is a part role for a primary School in a KS1 class which will start first week of October, covering maternity leave . This role would be to support the class teacher.

What is required of you:

• You will be supporting KS1 children’s classes.
• You will be taking out lower ability, higher ability and SEN children for phonics, numeracy and literacy interventions,
• supporting the class teacher in class and also doing cover supervision.
• This is a day to day role, so will need an individual who is FLEXIABLE 
• DBS on update service
• be able to give 2x References

What you’ll need to succeed:

• You must have 2 years experience in a classroom setting.
• You will be required to have experience supporting children who have lower and higher ability
• Must have strong knowledge of phonics
• You will be required to have experience working with KS1 children
